I am 24, 5 m and weighs 170 pounds, but my doctors say they are anaemic too (strangely). They say that my ideal weight range is 106-116.6 lb (48.2-53 kg). So, are technically overweight from 50 pounds or 23 kg.
I used to be a UK size 6 before I went to uni, but due to stress and loneliness, I started me indulge in the many luxuries in life and are now a size of 16/18. Are 24 but I looks like they are 30 because of my weight.
I started a new program of diet eat only 500 calories which consists of fruit, veggies, fresh juices and low fat milk. I also 1 hour of Hot Yoga 5 times per week and lose on average approximately 760 calories per day. Also a little feet. But that’s only on day 3 of my diet plan and I really need to stay motivated for at least 1 month see significant results.
Prior to this new regime, I tried everything from a diet of soup swimming for hungry just me, but they just seem to get rid of love handles everything and top it off, a terrible looking for double chin lol. The only option left is lipo, but I don’t want to really pursue that route because of reasons 03.40 monetary and fear of machines lol. I fear that if I don’t do something drastic to bring my body weight down, then I might suffer a heart attack or stroke and never be able to enjoy life to the Max.
I realized that start indulge me in chocolates and whatnot down whenever I feel really or really happy, so I’m trying to find a balance, where I don’t feel too happy or sad too lol.
And oh the other thing is that I stopped completely alcohol. First, I used to have a glass of white wine with my dinner every evening, but now that’s out there too. I never had any other kind of alcohol other than wine and why they are so busy at the moment, I don’t have much time to go drinking with friends, which is a type of good, that I guess.
I really need to lose 50 pounds quick and hopefully before Christmas and I just need a little motivation and support to stay focused to achieve my goal.
Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
