Weightlifting at the plateau of breaking weight? [Forum]

I am a 31 years old woman is trying to lose weight after having a baby. Let me just say that I was one of those people who could eat anything I wanted and maintain a weight before being pregnant and had never had to lose more than 10 kg of all my life.

After a difficult with prolonged bedrest gestation. I had to 60 pounds to lose and he lost the first 30 with aerobic exercise and a diet low in fat. Then I hit a plateau for 4 months! I have even increased the intensity of my exercise and he went from 1.5 to 3 hours per day. I had a little smaller than do it but no weight loss. Sooooo I’m now on the 4th week of starting a powerlifting routine to build strength. I am definitely getting toned and fat belly slightly decreased but no movement on the scale. …

How long before we begin to see significant loss of weight loss/grease with a procedure of powerlifting?

6 feet tall, average to build small, size 10 and 160 lbs before pregnancy, size 12 hour and current 190 kg.

Diet is less CAL 1600-2000 = 20% fat, 30-40% protein and 40-50% fiber high carbs

Guide! Any suggestions Gentiles welcome:
